This had all the right
things about cheesecake — the slight tartness, the sweet delicious parts and best of all a rich and creamy base with a thick crust.
The best
thing about this cheesecake is that even though it's got a little pucker power, the sweet grahamy crust totally balances it all out.

Cheesecake is one of the few
things Paul will ask
about dessert-wise, too, so I tend to make a lot of the no - bake variety for convenience sake.
But for all the
things I love
about cheesecake, it's speed of preparation is not one of them.
The neat
thing about these Strawberry
Cheesecake Pinwheels is that though I intended them to be a dessert (and that's how I served them), they really remind me of fruity cheese Danish, so you could totally eat them for breakfast as well!

Place the whole
thing in the oven and bake for 50 - 60 minutes or until just the center of the
cheesecake (a circle
about 2 inches in diameter) has a slight wobble in the middle.
The raspberry sauce is my favorite
thing about these mini
cheesecakes because it adds a vibrant color and sweet fruity flavor.

As I said earlier, the really exciting
thing about these raspberry
cheesecake bars is how unfussy they are.
I'm not going to lie; that is one of the first
things I thought
about when I entered The
Cheesecake Factory.
The only
thing difficult
about these no bake pumpkin chocolate
cheesecake bars is letting them chill overnight.
The only
thing I wasn't thrilled
about was the calorie count (
about 900 for a 12th) but then I checked the dairy
cheesecake and its compareable.
I suppose I should have known
about J.'s
thing for
cheesecake.
Whether or not they should be called «
cheesecakes»... that'll be the
about last
thing on your mind.
And sometimes you have a few more
things in life to worry
about than your
cheesecake's water bath....
Ok so I made the
cheesecake finally and everyone liked it but it did not taste as I had expected but I think the reason is because I change some
things about the recipe so I have my last set of questions for you.
