I have heard so many wonderful
things about essential oils & would love to try some out.
The good
thing about essential oils is the sheer mass of choice and creativity that's on hand.

I've read great
things about coconut oil for eczema — a few drops of
essential oils like lavender can help, too.
I used to be one of those people that thought
essential oils were a joke (I thought they were used to make
things smell good and that's
about it).

I've noticed that the homemade cleaners give me fewer headaches than some of the very perfumey commercial stuff (
essential oils seem to be OK for me)-- AND I have less to worry
about when my little one proves that there's no such
thing as child - PROOFing!

essential oils that will get distributed throughout your hair as you dry it.
The cool
thing about all the natural deodorants is that many
things work as antibacterials, so whenever I find myself in a place where I need some deodorizing I can just look in the kitchen cupboards and often find coconut oil, baking soda,
essential oils, alcohol, vanilla, honey etc..
The cool
thing about these natural sunscreen recipes is that they all use different
essential oils!
Again, not necessarily a bad
thing, but I've never felt comfortable with some of the information and «education» floating around
about essential oils.
A few
things to note
about flax seeds: they are rich in omega - 3 fatty acids linked to good heart health, improve blood sugar levels and prevent / treat diabetes, they are rich in anti-oxidants and
essential oils that help with healthy hair, eyes and skin.
