Not sure
about that really... only
thing Welbs can (i hope im wrong) do with his energy and running around the box is to disrupt his own team mates.Facing organised
defence where players know what they are doing he can do s ## t.
I still don't see how he is a super sub. He's labelled as a super sub just because of this season. Those matches when he scored he was supposed to be played because we needed an aerial presence.A lot of those matches had he started we could've won because we needed aerial presence. But the
thing is that his abilities don't suit him as a super sub.I mean he holds up the ball well and is great in the air and that's just
about it.He's actually the one one who needs service and who needs players around him to open up
defences for him to receive the pass and not vice versa.Super subs actually provide they are not the one's to be provided for.In Giroud's case he was supposed to start in those in matches as Sanchez was not up to the task in aerial battles.Giroud will not be able to affect a match if the opponents are as good in the air.
The
thing that annoys me
about Gibbs is, he doesn't pass the ball forward only back to the player that passed to him, and he should have been on the goal line for the corner, sorry but he is the weak link in the
defence not a patch on Monreal so, we need a left back to cover Monreal send Gibbs out on loan.

So although Chelsea got lucky again when Hull did not get a clear penalty to level the game, Spurs and Liverpool were frankly awful, Man City's
defence is leakier than a sieve and United still huff and puff without scoring enough, the media find
things about Arsenal to criticise.
If i was manager of arsenal first
thing I would do is make steve would take care of defending (if you remember he did and arsenal improved so much but he got credit and then rumours
about wenger stopping him from coaching popped up and he became a quiet yes man and our
defence fell apart as usual, I'm sure you guys remember this) The next
thing I would do is make alexis captain and promise him ambition.
