You hear

about 20 %
carbs (I was less than 5 %) will produce just enough insulin to help metabolize cholesterol, but the hard core
low carb guys, say the whole cholesterol
thing is a scam and cholesterol under 500, without insulin resistance is nothing to worry
about.
