It seems to work best surrounded by cookies, or
things that are supposed to be a little crispy.Otherwise, there have been complaints that it tends to add certain aftertaste noticeable more in other bakes like a
chalky taste.
This one is quite
chalky but the shaker with the metal
thing in mixes up really well.
One
thing I love about working with plant - based protein in no - bake treats is that it's not as
chalky and dry as whey products can be.
Some have a
chalky, lumpy texture that's difficult to mix while others are super expensive and essentially do the same
thing as cheaper brands.
If this works out I will probably go crazy on other
things around the house and we will have
chalky pastel everything!
