«The people who are at the vanguard of the investment community

years to develop and are extremely capital intensive,» he says.

Rick the more i think about it we are to live as overcomers not strugglers since the day i decided to turn away from the sin that was controlling my life i never fell back into old sinful patterns not once, was i tempted many many times. The Lord will work
in our lives one area at a time he needs us to give him full control so if an area is taking control we do need to hand it to him so he can
change us.How do we do it immediately we say Lord you know i am weak but
in you i am strong i leaned on him and overcame time and time again. We all have areas of weakness that we struggle
in so do nt feel bad.Struggling is us trying to do it
in our own strength before this process i was so stubborn i refused to let God help me i wanted to do it
in my own strength and so it was a roller coaster ride
in my christian walk if the day went well i was on a high if it did nt i would would be down. Not any more now when
things do nt go to plan i still thank the Lord and when it goes well i thank the Lord.Because i know that all
things work for good to those who love the Lord. The main area he is wanting is our hearts he wants all our heart not only some until we
come to that place we will continue to struggle
in our faith. The only reason to tell you this is not to boast because of what i have done
in myself because i have nothing to boast about but if i did i would brag that Christ has empowered me by his holy spirit to be an overcomer just as he would want you to be.As Christians we are all called to be overcomers more than conquerers.Make a decision today to turn all your hearts to the Lord to acknowledge the areas you are holding onto that are controlling your flesh life hand them to the Lord and walk according to the spirit and not the flesh and he will give you the victory. That can be a reality starting today merry christmas everyone and may the new
year be an exciting one as we put all our trust
in Christ our Lord and savior.Brentnz
Tim i found it liberating to just do what the Lord wants you to do i work within his boundarys and yes i attend church and enjoy it.I love the people and i love hearing the word and worshipping the Lord even if others are still bound up with traditions thats not my walk thats theres. My focus is to do what the Lord wants me to do.There have been times i have said no to the pastor he does nt understand why i choose not to lead the worship.i query him as well regarding the idea that its not just performing a function because there is a need our hearts have to be
in the right place so that the Lord can use us but he did nt understand where i was
coming from and thats okay because of that i just said no until my heart is right i am better not being involved
in leading. But i am happy to be an encouragement to others
in the worship team i havent wanted to be the leader i have done that
in the past.So my focus has been just the singing and being part of different worship teams i think the Lord has other plans as the groups i am
in seem to be
changing at the same time i am aware that i do nt to worry about
change as the Lord knows whats best.I used to be quite comfortable leading the music but that was before when i was operating
in my own self confidence and pride. The Lord did such a huge
change in my life that i lost my self confidence and that is not a bad
thing at all as my spiritual growth has been incredible. The big
change was my identity moved from me and what i could do to knowing who i was
in Christ and that he is my strength and confidence. Now i know that without him i can do nothing
in fact i am dependent on his empowerment through his holy spirit all the time
in everything.
In the weekend i was asked to lead the music at another church i attend multiple churchs although i attend two regularly one has services
in the morning and one has services
in the evening so the two do nt really clash.
In the weekend i was asked to lead the music its been two
years since i did that and i was worried on how i would go.All i can say is that it went really well and because i stepped out
in Faith the Lord really blessed the morning to the congregation. The difference is knowing that i serve the Lord with the gifts he has given me but my heart has to be right and when i do it
in his way it builds up the body and it brings glory to him.May the Lord continue to show you what he wants you to do even though others may not understand your reasons i just want you to know that you do nt have to pull away completely just work within the boundarys that the Lord gives you and do nt feel pressured by others expectations to do anything that feel uncomfortable.Be involved just as you feel lead by the holy spirit even if it is
in a very minor way take small steps.regards brentnz

things have

Of course it would be silly to suggest that winning any game, cup or otherwise, isn't good for the club, but let's remember just how problematic FA Cup success has been for this club... I'm certainly not going to suggest I didn't enjoy seeing Arsenal win, I'm a fan of this club first and foremost, but how bad are
things when you find yourself secretly wishing that your own team lost so that just maybe real
change would finally
come... I resent this team for even making me feel such thoughts and it's going to take a lot of effort on their part to earn my trust again... this club has treated the fans so poorly that it has created an incredibly fragile and toxic environment, so much so that a «what have you done for me lately» mentality has emerged... fans rise and fall depending on the results of each game because we don't have faith
in those
in charge to make the necessary
changes to personnel and tactics... each time we win many fans attack any dissenting voices and make unrealistic claims about the players, the manager and the potential for unprecedented success... every time we lose the boo - birds run rampant, calling for heads to roll and predicting the worst... regardless of what side you fall on, it's not your fault, both sides are simply overcompensating for the horrible state of affairs that have been percolating for several
years... it's hard to take the long view when those
in charge have lied incessantly and refuse to take any responsibilities for their own actions...
in the end, we are trapped by the same catch - 22 that ManU faced upon Fergie's exit... less fearful of maintaining the status quo than facing the unknown, which was validated, wrongly or rightly, by witnessing the difficulties they have faced during this transitory period... to be honest, the
thing that scares me most is that this team has never prepared whatsoever for this eventuality, which considering our frugal nature and the way we have shunned many of our most revered former players is more than a little disconcerting
Years gone by, players have

Rarely have you seen a journalist
come out
in the past
years to be critical of Arsene, but
things are starting to
change for the first time and long term supporters of Wenger seem to think it's best for him to go for his own good.
Few months back I considered myself a rabid AOB sort of a Piers Morgan type, after some time I
came to terms with myself that nothing was going to
change, it did not matter my tirades or how many comments would post,
things at ARSENAL would not
change, our destiny is intertwine with AW till the day he decides is enough for him or his Contract is over, for sure not before that, SO there is no point anymore
in pointing AW deficiencies nor trashing the Man, he reached the top of his abilities and is consistent with that, making the top 4 reaching the last 16 at the CL and as a BONUS last
year maybe this one the FA Cup, reality is he will not reach anything more and we just have to settle and accept (as he has done) our STATUS QUO a good team but not good enough........
there is no doubting that Arsene has helped to provide us with some incredible footballing moments
in the formative
years of his managerial career at Arsenal, but that certainly doesn't and shouldn't mean that he has earned the right to decide when and how he should leave this club... there have been numerous managers at each of the biggest clubs
in Europe throughout the last decade who have waged far more successful campaigns than ours yet somehow and someway each were given their walking papers because they failed to meet the standards laid out by the hierarchy of their respective clubs... of course that doesn't mean that clubs should simply follow the lead of others, especially if clubs of note have become too reactionary when it
comes to issues of termination, for whatever reasons, but there should be some logical discourse when it
comes to the setting of parameters for a
changing of the guard...
in the case of Arsenal, this sort of discourse was largely stifled when the higher - ups devised their sinister plan on the eve of our move to the Emirates... by giving Wenger a free pass due to supposed financial constraints he, unwittingly or not, set the bar too low... it reminds me of a landlord who says he will only rent to «professional people» to maintain a certain standard then does a complete about face when the market is lean and vacancies are up... for those who rented under the original mandate they of course feel cheated but there is little they can do, except move on, especially if the landlord clearly cares more about profitability than keeping their word... unfortunately for the lifelong fans of a football club it's not so easy to switch allegiances and frankly why should they,
in most cases we have been around far longer than them... so how does one deal with such an untenable situation... do you simply shut - up and hope for the best, do you place the best interests of those with only self - serving agendas above the collective and pray that karma eventually catches up with them, do you run away with your tail between your legs and only return when
things have ultimately
changed, do you keep trying to find silver linings to justify your very existence, do you lower your expectations by convincing yourself it could be worse or do you stand up for what you believe
in by holding people accountable for their actions, especially when every fiber of your being tells you that something is rotten

Time for some brutal honesty... this team, as it stands, is
in no better position to compete next season than they were 12 months ago, minus the fact that some fans have been easily snowed by the acquisition of Lacazette, the free transfer LB and the release of Sanogo... if you look at the facts carefully you will see a team that still has far more questions than answers... to better show what I mean by this statement I will briefly discuss the current state of affairs on a position - by - position basis...
in goal we have 4 potential candidates, but
in reality we have only 1 option with any real future and somehow he's the only one we have actively tried to get rid of for
years because he and his father were a little too involved on social media and he got caught smoking (funny how people still defend Wiltshire under the same and far worse circumstances)... you would think we would want to keep any goaltender that Juventus had interest
in, as they seem to have a pretty good history when it
comes to that position... as far as the defenders on our current roster there are only a few individuals whom have the skill and / or youth worthy of our time and / or investment, as such we should get rid of anyone who doesn't meet those simple requirements, which means we should get rid of DeBouchy, Gibbs, Gabriel, Mertz and loan out Chambers to see if last seasons foray with Middlesborough was an anomaly or a prediction of
things to
come... some fans have lamented wildly about the return of Mertz to the starting lineup due to his FA Cup performance but these sort of pie
in the sky meanderings are indicative of what's wrong with this club and it's wishy - washy fan - base...
in addition to these moves the club should aggressively pursue the acquisition of dominant and mobile CB to stabilize an all too fragile defensive group that has self - destructed on numerous occasions over the past 5 seasons... moving forward and building on our need to re-establish our once dominant presence throughout the middle of the park we need to target a CDM then do whatever it takes to get that player into the fold without any of the usual nickel and diming we have become famous for (this kind of ruthless haggling has cost us numerous special players and certainly can't help make the player
in question feel good about the way their future potential employer feels about them)...
in order for us to become dominant again we need to be strong up the middle again from Goalkeeper to CB to DM to ACM to striker, like we did
in our most glorious
years before and during Wenger's reign... with this
in mind, if we want Ozil to be that dominant attacking midfielder we can't keep leaving him exposed to constant ridicule about his lack of defensive prowess and provide him with the proper players
in the final third... he was never a good defensive player
in Real or with the German National squad and they certainly didn't suffer as a result of his presence on the pitch... as for the rest of the midfield the blame falls squarely
in the hands of Wenger and Gazidis, the fact that Ramsey, Ox, Sanchez and even Ozil were allowed to regularly start when none of the aforementioned had more than a
year left under contract is criminal for a club of this size and financial might... the fact that we could find money for Walcott and Xhaka, who weren't even guaranteed starters, means that our whole business model needs a complete overhaul... for me it's time to get rid of some serious deadweight, even if it means selling them below what you believe their market value is just to simply right this ship and
change the stagnant culture that currently exists... this means saying goodbye to Wiltshire, Elneny, Carzola, Walcott and Ramsey... everyone, minus Elneny, have spent just as much time on the training table as on the field of play, which would be manageable if they weren't so inconsistent from a performance standpoint (excluding Carzola, who is like the recent version of Rosicky — too bad, both will be deeply missed)...
in their places we need to bring
in some proven performers with no history of injuries... up front, although I do like the possibilities that a player like Lacazette presents, the fact that we had to wait so many
years to acquire some true quality at the striker position falls once again squarely at the feet of Wenger... this issue highlights the ultimate scam being perpetrated by this club since the arrival of Kroenke: pretend your a small market club when it
comes to making purchases but milk your fans like a big market club when it
comes to ticket prices and merchandising... I believe the reason why Wenger hasn't pursued someone of Henry's quality, minus a fairly inexpensive RVP, was that he knew that they would demand players of a similar ilk to be brought on board and that wasn't possible when the business model was that of a «selling» club... does it really make sense that we could only make a cheeky bid for Suarez, or that we couldn't get Higuain over the line when he was being offered up for half the price he eventually went to Juve for, or that we've only paid any interest to strikers who were clearly not going to press their current teams to let them go to Arsenal like Benzema or Cavani... just part of the facade that finally
came crashing down when Sanchez finally called their bluff... the fact remains that no one wants to win more than Sanchez, including Wenger, and although I don't agree with everything that he has done off the field, I would much rather have Alexis front and center than a manager who has clearly bought into the Kroenke model
in large part due to the fact that his enormous ego suggests that only he could accomplish great
things without breaking the bank... unfortunately that isn't possible anymore as the game has
changed quite dramatically
in the last 15
years, which has left a largely complacent and complicit Wenger on the outside looking
in... so don't blame those players who demanded more and were left wanting... don't blame those fans who have tried desperately to raise awareness for several
years when cracks began to appear... place the blame at the feet of those who were well aware all along of the potential pitfalls of just such a plan but continued to follow it even when it was no longer a financial necessity, like it ever really was...

- the team has been adding weapons one by one because they want the same amount of attention for each weapon - the team learned that when they added two new weapons at once, one would end up getting overshadowed by the other - there were more new stages than returning stages because bringing back old stages would have little surprise - since they want to satisfy both new and returning players, they
changed the order of stage additions - there weren't any major direction
changes in balancing from Splatoon 1 - there have been more pattern combinations between weapons and stages, so there was more involved to balance them all - matchmaking is handled by getting 8 players with similar rank points, and then they're split by weapons - the rank point gap between S + players is bigger than ordinary players - only about one in 1,000 active players are in the S +40 to S +50 region in Ranked Battles - there's even less than one in 10 players that reach S +, while 80 % of the overall player base are in A or less - about 90 % of S + ranked players are within a + / -150 hidden ranked power range - rock was the popular genre in Splatoon, so they tried changing it for the sequel - they prioritized making good background music first before forming the band to play that music - the design team would make the CD jacket - like artwork afterwards - due to this, the band members would often change; some getting added while some others removed - Off the Hook is an exception, as they first decided they would be a DJ and rapper along with their visuals first - Off the Hook's song came afterwards - In Splatoon street fashion was the trend, but in Splatoon 2 they tried adding more uniqueness - the aim was to add Flow with ethnic clothing and Jelfonzo with high fashion - all Jellyfish in this world are born by splitting, which means Jelfonzo was born by splitting from Jelonzo - Jellyfish are like a hive mind - when they hold a wedding ceremony, they're just simply holding the ceremony - Jelonzo and Jelfonzo start gaining their own consciences so they can speak - Flow used her working holiday to go on a trip before reaching Inkopolis Square - during the trip, she met the owner of Headspace - the owner liked her, so she got hired to work there - Bisk has a unique way of speaking: anastrophe - the team tried to express him as an adult man - they made him into a giant spider crab because they wanted someone with high posture - he came from a cold country and broke up with his girlfriend to join a band - just like Flow, he became attracted to squids - Crusty Sean finally has his own shop, but he opened it because he's someone who follows the current trends - one of the trends happens to be people opening their own shops - drink tickets aren't stacked, but the probability is higher than a single brand - the music in Inkopolis Square changes depending on the player's location - sounds contribute to creating atmosphere in the location - the song at front of Grizzco Industries had an atmosphere that feels like some smell can radiate from the game screen - as for Salmon Run, they imagined it as a Japanese restaurant outside Japan that is not run by a Japanese person - each time the player moves between the shops, the game uses an arrange shift that shows the personality of each inhabitant - the arrangement in Shella Fresh is related to Bisk's guitar and mystery files that describe his past - with the Squid Sisters moved to Hero Mode, Off the Hook was put in charge in guiding battles and festivals - Bomb Rush Blush has an orchestra «because it would sound like the final boss» - the team wanted to express the feel of the story's real culprit with this music - the probability of each event occurring in Salmon Run is different - there are no specific requirements, meaning they're picked randomly - this means it's possible for fog to appear three times in a row - the Salmon have different appearances based on the environment they're raised in - if the environment is harsher, they would become large salmon - Steelheads and Maws have big bodies, while Scrappers and Steel Eels have high intelligence - Salmons basically wield kitchenware, but everybody else has a virtue in fighting to actually cook the Salmons - Grill is the ultimate form of this - when Salmons are fighting to the death, they can feel the same sense of unity - they would be one with the world if they were eaten by other creatures, and they also fight for the pride of their race - MakoMart is based on a large supermarket in America - the update also took place on Black Friday in America, which was why Squids are buying a lot of things in the trailer - Arowana Mall looks like it has more passages because there are changes in tenants and also renovation work - Walleye Warehouse has no changes at all, because the team wanted to have at least one map that stayed intact - the only thing different in this map is the graffiti, which is based on the winner of Famitsu's Squid Fashion Contest - all members in the band Ink Theory graduated from music university - they are well - educated girls who also do aggressive things - the band members wearing neckties are respecting the Hightide Era from the prequel - the team will continue adding weapons and stages for a year, and Splatfests for two years - the team will also continue to make more updates including balanci

Things could
change in the
years to
come with the rise of another Activision game, Destiny.
I understand it is because
in the last few
years the temperature of the Earth has actually cooled so, rather than lose the momentum they had gained to make political inroads to underwrite global measures to control societies» behaviors when it
comes to
things like use of fossil fuels, proponents decided to cut their losses and
change the term so they wouldn't be obviously wrong to the masses as it snowed on various global warming rallies.
California is
in the midst of a severe four -
year record weather drought, with little relief
in sight, but
things may be
changing in the
coming months.
Here is an example of what I'm getting at: * Climate
change is a myth or conspiracy - The temperature record is phony - the consensus is just politics * Climate
change is unproven - The models are wrong - One hundred
years isn't enough evidence * It's not our fault - Volcano's emit way more CO2 - It could be natural variation * A warmer climate is nothing to worry about - It was warmer
in the middle ages - A warmer climate is a good
thing * Mitigation will destroy the economy - We don't know enough to act - Reducing fossil fuel will destroy us * It's too late or someone else's problem - Kyoto is too little too late - The US absorbs more CO2 than it emits This is very rough example, but if you think it is headed
in the right direction, I'd be happy to go through your guide
in more detail and
come up with something concrete - just give me the word.
I have no stake
in it
coming out one way or the other and am quite happy to
change my position as
things develop over the next few
years.
I suppose if there has been no
change in precipitation, evaporation, forcings, prevailing winds, fresh water contributions, and maybe some other
things that aren't
coming to mind at the moment; we can expect that todays currents are exactly as they were 300
years ago.
The IPCC * itself * acknowledges that there has been no such warming now for the last 16 - 17
years; that no dramatic imminent
change is seen to that for the next couple of
years at least; that the previous spell of 15
years or so was precisely the duration of warming that underlay so much of the evidence cited for its alarms of the long and terrible global trend if forecast; that not a single model the IPCC had or has seems to have
come even close to predicting what we've now seen; that the IPCC can only suggest possible explanations for all this so logically meaning it can have no reason to believe that whatever is causing it isn't going to continue forever; that more and more studies are
coming in attributing global temperatures not to CO2 but instead other
things such as solar fluctuations; that a number of predictions are now
coming in that
in fact say we are now
in for a lengthy period of * cooling.
Fifty
years from now you may well see the same
thing, people taking immense pride
in the way that America tackled the issue of climate
change with innovation, and vim and vigor... and they'll forget that
in the early twenty first century, a population of «haves» fought tooth and nail to resist doing the slightest little
thing about the problem, merely to protect their own particular, personal interests and standing
in society, and so making the problem that much worse and the solutions that much later
in coming.
«Nearly seven
years ago, I
came to work for the Interior Department, where, among other
things, I've helped endangered communities
in Alaska prepare for and adapt to a
changing climate.
As she recommends, pick one from each of the seven categories, whatever, but start tracking some of the
things that concern you about your practice, especially if you either feel bogged down by your practice or you really want to grow, or
change, or do something cool
in the
coming years.
We have to be more agile
in our answers and the way we do
things, and that's why I think it's an exceptional time for our industry because I think
things will
change very fundamentally
in the
coming years.
Huawei has not had the best record
in the past when it
comes to rolling out major software updates, but the
year 2016 has
come with quite an immense set of
changes on how
things are done.
This may not necessarily be an entirely negative outcome as buyers might find that packing
in Nintendo Land with the Wii U Basic Set worth the extra cost — because they did with the Deluxe Set — but generally, if you \'re claiming that
things are about to
change for the better
come Q3 / Q4 of this
year, a price increase isn \» t what most people have
in mind.
The 2016 Huawei P9 had a rear - mounted fingerprint scanner, but
things changed when this
year's model
came in.
The software is about the only
thing in we can be certain about when it
comes to next
year's iPhones, unless Apple decides to dramatically
change its strategy over the next couple of months.
Only a few
years ago, Apple's iPads and MacBooks were the devices that were being used
in every classroom
in the U.S.. However, ever since the cheaper Google Chromebook
came along,
things have
changed.
It is incumbent on all parties to use the reforms to reach the objectives of a more effective and efficient native title system, so that it can not be said about these reforms
in years to
come «Plus ça
change, plus c’est la même chose» — the more
things change the more they are the same.
