We use it every morning to make a green smoothie, make mushroom soup (yes, it heats
things up), make avocado
chocolate mint ice cream — you name it.
The
thing is, I don't even think I KNEW about the
mint +
chocolate combo hatred until after we were married.
I am trying to make
mint chocolate things year round, so I don't need to wait for Christmas to get my fix!
The
mint chocolate Hail Mary might be one of my favorite
things ever.
I love
mint chocolate chip ice cream, thin
mints, Andes
mints, (basically all
things mint and
chocolate) and Peppermint Mochas of course!

thing I've ever shared on the blog or made in real life.
I have never been much of a
mint chocolate girl, but for whatever reason thin
mints were the one
thing that I did like!

chocolate (powder), Eclipse
mints, Soothers, Mentos -
mint and fruit flavours, Cobs popcorn - lightly salted slightly sweet, sea salt flavours, Kettle chips - sea salt, salt & vinegar, chili flavours, Helga's bread, Kellogs coco pops.
You can also use other
things to increase moisture, such as zests (lemon, orange), flavorings, (
mint, vanilla)
chocolate, peanut butter, bananas, nuts, or fruits — which all taste amazing in coconut flour pancakes.
But the forthcoming Thin
Mints Chickpea Snacks apparently taste so much like the real
thing the Girl Scouts of the USA have officially blessed the little
chocolate - dipped nuggets from Biena Snacks.
St. Patrick's day will be here soon, so we can celebrate all
things green, boozy, potato - y and
mint chocolate!
We only have 3 flavours —
mint chocolate ooey - gooey
things, vanilla oreo
things and
chocolate oreo
things.
I like
mint in drinks and
things, but not with
chocolate.
One
thing I think you should know about me (because I never talk about myself...) is that I'm not a fan of
mint —
mint chocolate or otherwise — and therefore I will probably never post a recipe involving
mint!
A woman after my own heart... I really can never understand the
mint chocolate thing.
