i'm no stranger to putting odd
things in tortillas and calling them tacos, so i hope i'm not offending anyone!
They are so light and refreshing, I am making a mental note to wrap
things in tortillas less and into rice paper rolls more.

things that I try to avoid are processed carbs such as bread, pasta, and
