I know that unpasteurized foods are a «no no» generally while pregnant, but I have been wondering whether I really need to apply that approach to
things like apple cider vinegar and kombucha.

For packed lunches I normally make big batches of quinoa and brown rice with
apple cider vinegar / lime and salt and then do a big
thing of roasted veg —
things like sweet potato and squash cubes, so I throw a mix of that into a tupperwear with some raw veg —
things like avocado, grated carrot, tomatoes and then some hummus / lentils / chickpeas / seeds for protein.
I am really trying to do Paleo and look at all these recipes at the same time though
things like onion, garlic,
apple cider vinegar and agave keep popping up and substitutions are the name of the game.
I used Bragg's raw unfiltered
apple cider vinegar... but those don't seem
like they would cause a problem!?? The only
thing I can figure is after putting dough in pan I wet my finger to smoothe top since batter was so thick & uneven in pan.
The one
thing I can recommend trying is applying some diluted
apple cider vinegar to your armpits (with a cotton ball or spray bottle) a few times (
like maybe everyday for a few days) to try to help balance the pH of your pits — that could be the issue.
At some point while making
apple cider vinegar, you will probably notice a SCOBY -
like «
thing» that forms on the top.
So doing those
things — the
Apple cider vinegar, uhmm — the ginger tea, uh — the vitamin D, and course, I start to slam the mushrooms, too, because the medicinal mushrooms get your immune system
like up regulated.

In this case, the best
thing to do would to either eat smaller meals or supplement with digestive support substances
like apple cider vinegar, HCL, and enzymes.
While I've always stocked some favorite carrier oils and items
like apple cider vinegar and honey in my skincare arsenal, Skin Cleanse reminds me to actually use these
things and not get carried away by the latest, greatest facial oil (which likely uses my favorite carrier oil, jojoba, in some fashion) or toner (which likely has a base of
apple cider vinegar) that I could probably whip up myself.
Drink plenty of water with added organic acids from lemons / limes and
apple cider vinegar as well as
things like oregano essential oil.
