There are some
things authors might request as personal preferences and those are fine unless it's as we
mentioned above.
One nice
thing that I didn't
mention is that
authors don't have to necessarily to do one or the other — the hybrid route has been a very exciting, and lucrative, option for so many writers.
Although
authors may not technically be competing against one another for readers, we are competing against one another for the
things I

As you are compiling your list of terms, here are some
things that should not be indexed:
authors cited in the bibliography; illustrations, if the book already contains a list of these; unimportant subjects (of course, this is subjective and is a matter of the indexer's perspective); incidental names of people, topics and places that are not

The few
things I can say that are part of my arsenal moving forward are the two I just
mentioned, as well as trying to respond to every e-mail and comment from readers, and keeping my blog interesting as I can — although I'll grant you that it is very

One
thing nobody
mentioned was that as a one or two book publisher you can not get «enhanced listing» with Nielsen's (the UK equivalent of Bowkers, which displays the blurb,
author bio, reviews and cover picture)-RRB- unless you pay a minimum (equivalent to 15 books)!
A few months ago when you first
mentioned this idea I brought up the attempt by romance
author C.S. Laskin to do this same
thing.
I should also
mention one
thing I am very proud about is the fact that Kobo Writing Life allows indie published
authors the ability to set up their books for pre-order, meaning you might be able to pre-order an indie
author's title from Kobo before it is available at most other eRetailers.
One

author is the possibility of creating your own poll.
I propose an even better
thing: prior to sending them to the volunteers, IndieBub attributes a number to each ebook and makes the ebook anonymous, removing the cover and any
