I give my daughter peanut butter and nutella and although I don't

about babies and solid food and have made a hell of research and gone through so many baby food, reading every content and realized that the best bet is from six months.However research also showed me that in between 4plus that a baby is good to go, have been
thinking about the best solid to start with until i saw the above content, sure i will start with rice
cereal if not cimilac anyway.

think about it, he is just starting to learn to eat from something other than a bottle and rice
cereal by itself is so bland... would you want to eat it?
According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, «a baby's digestive system is not
thought to be well prepared to process
cereal until
about 6 months of age.»
I didn't even know you could make your own rice
cereal, even though I have always made my own baby food, however I have been reading
about all the «bad batches» of organic infant
cereal and
thought there has got to be a better way!

we have a 4-1/2 month old and we've been slowly introducing the baby solids to him since he demanded more and more formula (which has been for
about 2 months now) everyone told me to start him on rice
cereal, we tried it and to this day it still messes his little tummy up for a few days (even though i» monly feeding him a tsp full of it with his applesauce) as far as the baby purees go he only eats applesauce, so i decided to skip the baby applesauce and just buy the regular natural applesauce (much more — 75 % less cost wise) he loves it... i
think he likes it better than the baby stuff!
The fact is, we have become so conditioned to believe that the usual method of beginning our infants with runny rice
cereal, gradually progressing through smooth then lumpier purees, in defined quantities and on a defined schedule, keeping flavours bland and simple — is the right and indeed the only way to do things, that we don't even
think about even questioning why this is the way we do it.
If you
think about it, it just biologically makes sense... what doesn't make sense is that they would * need * artificial supplements (which don't exist in «nature», or primitive societies, for example)-- whether in drops or in
cereal.
* From a nutritional stand point, what do you
think about giving grains, like infant rice

Now that you know why sugar, wheat, and vegetable oils are killing you and your family, maybe you'll
think twice
about eating
cereals, breads, bagels, muffins, candy, and processed foods or fried foods from restaurants that are cooked in vegetable oil.
Losing weight is less
about what you are eating (although please clean up your diet if you are living on fast food, take - out, restaurant food, bread,
cereal, yogurt, coffee, processed foods and sweets) and more
about what you are
THINKING.
Think about it — an organic carrot pulled straight from the dirt is a lot closer to Mama Earth than a box of artificially - flavored, additive - riddled breakfast
cereal.
The average person eating a modern western diet of processed food consumes a LARGE quantity of fructose without even
thinking about it from all of the soft drinks (high fructose corn syrup typically), sweetened juice drinks, orange juice, processed junk foods such as cakes and candies, as well as the HFCS that's added to store - bought salad dressings, breads and
cereals, and even condiments like ketchup.
On top of that,
think about how much breads,
cereals, pastas, muffins, and other highly processed wheat products that most people consume each day.
I
think when people, at first when you start talking
about that, the first thing I pictured were a great big bowl of
cereal.
When I ask people what comes to mind when they
think about Special K
cereal they often respond with words like «weight loss» and «health».
Conversely, if you start with a typical carb - based breakfast (oats,
cereal, toast etc...) your body will preferentially burn the carbs you consume before it
thinks about burning body fat.
So this also means to
think twice
about sugary desserts, sugary
cereals, candy, and other sweets that are contributing to aging you faster.
I've never even
thought about adding
cereal to milkshakes.
When you
think about it, there is really no breakfast on the go unless you open a box of store - bought
cereal or stop at a drive - in window.

cereal with such white - knuckled intensity you'd
