I started
thinking about the different voices I am lucky enough to have in my
life, and I realized they really do come
from different roads, and offer different perspectives.

I still
think we should still go to the church... or maybe a meeting where all the believer can learn
from each other, strengthening each other, pray for each other etc, and of course, to worship God together... It is true that sometime I feel that I do not learn many thing
from the sermon, but, many times, I learn by going to the church, knowing that I will not learn something
from the preacher, humble myself to still listen to God and worship Him,,,, it is such a blessing to hear others testimony

about them..
I
think that much of the confusion
about the security of eternal
life comes
from this simple misunderstanding.
Here is what I did take away
from the book, which I
think is a valuable insight: The Book of Revelation is not just a prediction
about future events which will happen during the Tribulation and Millennium, and therefore, has little - to - no impact on our
lives today.
People that do nt know the Lord would
think that way, read the bible then u will know what God is
about, God cares
about your soul in the name of Jesus, he wants to save your soul
from hell if u would surrender your
life to him and
live for him, he is not concern
about no football game or worldly things, he wants u to come to him and get saved thats what God is
about, learn of him read the Holy Bible.
When I hear these sayings, I
think about people I know that are addicts that still drink and have modified their drinking, they're not close to death (as far as I know) but they're also not following their dreams, or
living a very fulfilling
life (
from what I've gathered).
In face of this strictly «pagan» materialism and naturalism it becomes a pressing duty to remind ourselves once again that, if the laws of biogenesis of their nature suppose and effectively bring
about an economic improvement in human
living - conditions, it is not any question of well - being, it is solely a thirst for greater being that by psychological necessity can save the
thinking world
from the taedium vitae.

about God and sin came
from Paul — and there was a series of battles — and

I
think it makes a little more sense to pay attention to this for the higher offices, such as the presidency, because it's hard to really learn
about these big politicians that are so far
from our everyday
lives.
But my basic convictions
about them were derived not
from these philosophers but partly
from my being surrounded
from birth with the reality in question; partly
from Emerson's essays and the works of James and Royce; partly
from the poems of Shelley and Wordsworth (which similarly influenced Whitehead); and most of all
from my own experience, reflected upon especially during my two years in the army medical corps, when I had considerable leisure to
think about life and death and other fundamental questions.
I
think that as people respond to the revelation they have received, God obligates Himself to provide more revelation to them, so that they receive enough revelation
from God to either accept the offer of eternal
life by faith alone, or to reject such an offer (See What

A sample: for the feast of Corpus Christi, we are given some practical grounding in Christ's words
about being the «
living bread come down
from heaven», together with
thoughts about how we are united to the Father through Jesus, and also with one another - quoting St Paul - and finally a profound look towards eternity as «Jesus» gift of himself is transmitted to us beyond time and space».
The man in the street had few possibilities, but by this very fact he was as it were held together
from outside, he was confronted with a certain structure and shape of his
life from the beginning, so that he did not need to
think very much
about it.
I
think that drawing conclusions
about an author's
life from his works usually reveals more
about the critic than the author.
Some of the most fruitful
thoughts about the role of God - belief in the new world have come
