I've been a long time reader and I don't

I often find
thinking about it in terms of
photography helps — for example, working in groups of three; that's where hats come in handy!
I hadn't even
THOUGHT about getting our family pictures done and then in a frantic mess emailed my girl Becky of Rebecca Keller
photography and asked if she'd be up for taking our pictures this year.
But then I started to really get into fashion
photography and to
think about what fashion really is and try to understand what it serves.
If you study the light, look at how it falls, look at where it isn't, look at the colour of it, look for good light, look until it's second nature to
think about it in your
photography.

about the house I lived in, which morphed into the first Brooklyn apartment (the blog, not the house); a blog
about the Brooklyn neighborhood I lived in; a blog
about my vintage clothing business on ebay, which turned into a personal

We crossed over to the other side of the Thames, and checked out a fashion
photography exhibit at Somerset House, and then wandered through Covent Garden, watching the street performers and talking
about an awesome London treasure hunt website which I
think I'm going to have to incorporate into one of my later dates.
I have been doing
photography full - time for
about two years and it loads of fun, but I
think it's more of a young man's (or woman's) game.
