This will be my first attempt at vegan fat - free baking, so I wonder if you can help me out: I'm in the UK where
I think apple sauce means something different to in the US.
I know pound cake is supposed to be nice and buttery, but to make this cake less dense / «healthier», do
you think apple sauce can replace the butter?
Also, do
you think apple sauce and flax egg mix could substitute for the 4 eggs?

sauce and finally put in some tomato paste too... I used a large golden delicious
apple and dry lemingrass instead of fresh: do you
think this could have affected the sweetness?
The little dollop of
apple sauce wasn't actually that visible in my muffins, but rather it made that inside part very moist — which I
think is delicious!
Personally I
think they might be too heavy on fruit if you replace the yogurt with
apple sauce.

thought 4 eggs was a little much so I cut back to 2 eggs and used 1/2 cup of unsweetened
apple sauce in place of the other eggs.
Hi Nava, just made a batch, but had to make some subs... no whole wheat flour, so took 8 cups AP, added 2 cups bran and 3/4 cup germ no
apple sauce, so I diced 2 medium sized Empire
apples, and micro waved for 5 minutes, left the peel on, but
think next time might peel them regular cooking oil 3/4 each of blue berries and rasp berries..
Do you
think replacing some of the water with homemade pear /

I used leftover baked sweet potato instead of the pumpkin, and mashed banana instead of
apple sauce, and guess what — it still turned out great Also forgot the cloves, I
think it would've been better with them though.

think that by doing the

think using 1 - 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil or alternatively 2 tbsp of
