It tastes delicious —

And what do you
think about a blend of Casein and Whey like Jim Stoppani's Protein (minus the
artificial flavors and sweeteners of course)?
I
think Whey + was a better choice because the ingredients list isn't a mile long and doesn't have
artificial flavors or dyes that most supplement companies put in their protein powders.
Lunch meats contain lots of sodium, preservatives and
artificial flavors - still
think it sounds healthy.
Caramel is an
artificial coloring /
flavor so we
think this is an improvement.
