cacao butter (gently melted) with a pinch of celtic salt, a little extract of vanilla and some raw cashew butter, then freeze in a suitable container before breaking into chunks!!!!! yummy You can make dark chocolate chips even easier by melting pure coconut oil and stirring in a little vanilla, honey and raw

You may have
thought that chocolate would be off limits when in fact 1 ounce of chocolate made with 100 %
cacao powder contains only 3 grams of net carbs.
During my afternoon slump, where I particularly craved something sweet, I simply made a cup of hot chocolate with my
cacao powder, hot milk or dairy substitute (I
think rice milk tastes best) and little bit of sweetener and seemed to feel satisfied.

thought about making some last night but did nt have
cacao powder, i ran out after making so many truffles and muffins last week.
Not only can it improve
thinking skills but the high antioxidant content found in
cacao powder can also counteract or slow down cognitive decline during ageing.
I am going to try it again and use more stevia in the chocolate topping (I had 100 %
cacao and didn't
think about that until after it was in the fridge) as well as use a whey protein
powder and a different nut butter.
I
think the only alteration I would make next time is addingn a tad more
cacao powder because I like that strong flavor.
If I tell you that among the ingredients you'll find
cacao powder, dark chocolate, dried figs, and hazelnuts, you could
think that it'll be perfect for breakfast, maybe with some honey, pear butter or orange marmalade, and it surely is.

thought I would pop up a very simple and healthy recipe for these delicious little Choc - Peanut Butter Truffle Bites, made with flavonoid - rich
cacao powder.
What's in them: 6 oz good dark chocolate, I used 72 %
cacao but you can go as dark as you like (about 1 cup chocolate bar squares, chunks, or chips) 1/2 cup pureed ripe avocado, about 1/2 large avocado or 1 small avocado 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/8 teaspoon sea salt Toppings of your choice: coconut flakes or chips, crushed nuts, crushed freeze dried fruit, cocoa
