thinking last night about your truffle series and I was toying with the idea of cooking the almond butter / agave mixture down a little more (from the turtle recipe) and scooping and forming it into small balls with a cashew or hazelnut in the middle and coating them in chocolate and more
chopped nuts.

nuts, spices, chocolate chips, seeds, or anything you can
think of.

I sub in honey for all the sugar and
thought about making a crumble to go on top of it that is full of almonds and
chopped nuts (walnuts since I live in a walnut orchard) I've also been making gluten free oatmeal with a spoon full of pumpkin puree for my little ones in the morning they've been digging that alot.
Just cover a layer of apple chips with a drizzle of the pb - yogurt sauce, sprinkled with pomegranate seeds,
chopped nuts, and chia seeds (or any other toppings you can
think of) and enjoy your new favorite sweet nachos.
I
think I'd try the overnight recipe using the apple butter and then maybe top it with a
chopped apple, some
nuts maybe (if you eat
nuts), cinnamon, and maybe a tad of maple syrup in the a.m. Laura
