I think coconut butter is the easiest «butter» to make.
I personally
think the coconut butter is sweet enough, and the tart raspberry flavor next to the sweet cake is yummy as is.
Personally, this would be my first choice, as
I think coconut butter would blend very well and it's a little more smooth than a banana.
I think the coconut butter really contributed to these cookies nice shape and dense texture though, so if you are very sensitive to coconut flavor, give it a try anyway!
You could use a different sweetener, perhaps honey, maple syrup, or maple sugar, but I don't
think coconut butter would add enough sweetness and it would create an odd texture too.

I
thought it wouldn't hurt to try so I started adding a tablespoon of
coconut butter to my smoothies (which is amazing) and eating more flax, avocado, nut
butter and tahini, and the different nuts / seeds for each cycle phase.

coconut flour tapioca combo is great and now of course I'm obsessed with putting
coconut butter in there too, but my classic version is made with
coconut milk

With all the oats,

butter and honey, it's kinda hard not to
think of these as breakfast!
So I
think some is the fat part of the
coconut milk without the other liquidy part and some is actually
coconut butter, depending on the interpretation of the company making or selling it.
I can't start my mornings without a banana either, and I've definitely

think it should be fine — there's a decent amount of nut
butter and
coconut oil which in my experience seems to freeze alright.

For he frosting — if you have any
coconut manna (
butter) that would work best but if not just use double the
coconut oil and maybe use a little less liquid but either way I
think it will be fine.
I make this bread all the time, with
butter instead of
coconut oil and no honey, as I don't
think it is necessary.

Hi — I made
coconut butter — and
thought it went perfectly — except it didn't solidify!

thinking of using half
butter (ghee) and half
coconut oil, but I'm worried the cooked product texture will be too dense (as at room temp, both those fats are a solid).
