thought that was a really good compliment if you just wanted to skip the frosting all together.

think this would be fabulous with orange zest, topped with a little dark chocolate ganache and whipped (
coconut) cream; or served warm with raspberry sorbet or pistachio
ice cream.

think that when it's added at the same time as
ice, it can tend to freeze up and solidify and that's where it doesn't blend in well.

My daughter

I've written before about 5 reasons to try making homemade

ice cream maker this summer, I finally did so and have been experimenting with
coconut milk
ice cream.
Since I usually enjoy the
Coconut Whipped Cream on top of something delicious and sweet, such as Katie's Pumpkin
Ice Cream or The Clean Plate's Chocolate Fig Frosty), I don't
think the recipe needs much sugar.

think I can) I'm going to make my new favorite smoothie to celebrate I don't have an actual recipe, but I put two ripe bananas, one peeled mango cut off of the pit, a handful of
ice cubes and a couple of heaping tablespoons of
coconut milk (the fatty creamy kind) into my blender and oh my goodness!
I
think I will probably reduce the amount of
coconut flakes in the
ice cream or replace them with toasted
coconut.
I
think Starbucks is an indulgence so I don't do it too often but that
iced coconut milk drink is fabulous!
Think delectable lobster bisque to start, roasted local fish for the main course, and flambéd pineapple or
coconut ice cream for dessert.

coconut butter, and really these cakes are devoured so fast I really don't
