think parents have to get
food right at home, schools have to get
food right at school, and as a nation we have to look in the mirror and really decide «are we
eating junk
food in moderation» like we claim we are?

I'll say more NO to: doing things which I don't want to but usually say yes to so I wouldn't disappoint others, feeling down or beat myself up over every little thing which didn't go
right or as planned, being a perfectionist every single moment of every single day, going places or meeting people just because of FOMO,
eating foods that physically don't make me feel good, no matter how big the cravings might be, buying new stuff unless I really, really need them or can't stop
thinking about them, emotional vampires who suck the life out of me and never bring anything good or positive along with them...
And I'm sure there's more minute differences that I can't
think of
right now that I enjoy in P3rd (like taking a bath in a hot spring to get stat boosts instead of
eating food like other MH games, or having to unlock said status boosts by doing specific quests rather than having them handed to you freely simply for progressing through the game... or that felyne inside quests that you can give items to send back to your item box in your home to free up inventory space, making it possible to gather resources while still packing a full inventory for battle... or the fact you get a 4th page on your inventory specific for carves and gathering while in the quest... stuff that generally make the game more fun and convenient).

Good day Dr. my name is Jeandre our Jackrussel sadly passed away today her name was Ruby, the symptoms started yesterday, (the day before yesterday she was still playfull) when we arrived from work we saw that she look very off and took her to the vet
right away, the vet said to us it looks like a problem in the abdominal area, he gave her a couple of shots and said we can take her home for observation and if nothing changes we must come back, when we arrived at home she did not whant to
eat anything and was very drowsy we tired to give het a small piece of steak but was not interested at all, she took a small walk and pooped, her poop was like dark black, grey and slobby, we also saw a square piece in the stool and did not
think much of it as she also

food pellets, the smell was very bad, she also vommited like a clear watery substance i
think two times, we too her back to the vet this moring and the vet inserted a tempreture pen from behind, while it was her he felt and squeezed in the abdominal area then pen ejected like she pooped (because of the squeez) red blood was present.
