hey has anyone tried
freezing the dough i was
thinking of putting it in
muffin cups b4 so when i want some it will be fresh and warm
You can pour the warm fudge into a small, parchment paper - lined container and
freeze it but I
thought it may be difficult to cut and handle it that way so I used a mini
muffin pan.
I
think the next time I make this I'm going to use either a few small pie tins so I can easily
freeze the leftovers or use my
muffin pan to make the serving sizes more manageable or I should say controllable.
See, this recipe started out as a mini chocolate coconut
muffins, and then right after they came out of the oven, I randomly just decided that
frozen cranberries would be cute stuck in the middle of them and
thought they would add a fun, tart pop of seasonal flavor.
I buy more than I
think will get eaten just so there are plenty to
freeze for my morning smoothie AND for making all kinds of banana treats —
muffins, banana bread, coffee cake, and cookies!
I haven't tried
freezing these
muffins, but I
think it would work really great.
I haven't
frozen them myself but I
think they would most likely
freeze well in the same way
muffins do.
I
think i will try these as larger
muffins and try
frozen raspberries and peaches too.
