For one or two of the stations you're going all - out on the machines and then the rest are a mix of strength exercises (
think goblet squats with a kettlebell, incline push ups on steppers, dumbbell exercises, etc.).

goblet squats mods when your legs are weak?
Think of it as
goblet squatting before back
squatting.
Putting a barbell in the «catch» position (
think Olympic lifting) or carrying a KB in the
goblet position, will allow you to do a front
squat.
I
think my favorite though is the
goblet squat!
