I have been doing HIIT and weights, but lately I have been
thinking of starting power walking instead of HIIT (

think they bulk me.
The thing that I wanted to ask you is, if I do some home workouts as the ones shown here like

squats, skii steps, etc. do you
think it would be enough for me to keep losing weight?

jumped up in volume to quickly, I've had to knee surgeries and have switched exclusively to high rep

That means if you don't own weights or have access to a gym, you can still do weight bearing exercise by doing body weight exercises (
think squats, planks, push - ups etc.) Walking, jogging, dancing and
jumping are also considered weight bearing exercise.
(Seriously, you'll never
think of a burpee,
squat, plank or
jumping jack the same way again!)
Now, I'm not talking about just
jumping jacks, pushups and
squats — these are a great starting point, but I
think that body weight exercises eventually have to become body MOVEMENT exercises... They should become more complex as you get stronger.
Good advice but what works for one doesn't always work for the other I actually stopped exercising and just did the suggested walking every morning or run as most of the hiit workouts included

When I first started, I

squat jumps were the worts... until I got to the push - up part!!!
They kinda made me feel a wee bit sporty and want to do star
jumps and
squats, but i refrained, you know, just in - case i pulled something...: - / So what do you
think of sneaker - wedges?
