I eat healthily and
workout but I
think my love
of chocolate means I sometimes sabotage a lot
of my
good work —
well, now I can indulge without the guilt (especially seeing as they are so intense, a small square is all I need).

workout is complete and try to drum up those feeling

of endorphins a sweat session provides!
However, as we all
well know, most
of these
workouts, routines or diets are often just wishful
thinking.

I do BBG at the moment, and am
thinking of doing 30 - 35 minutes
of LISS after the 3 resistance
workouts as
well 30 - 35 minutes
of LISS after 2 steady state cardio and 1 HIIT session per week.
Once you're ready to incorporate a bit
of HIT, I encourage you to adopt an entirely new mindset: instead
of thinking of HIT as «using up your energy,» do it until you feel stimulated but

Good advice but what works for one doesn't always work for the other I actually stopped exercising and just did the suggested walking every morning or run as most
of the hiit
workouts included squat jumps etc now my legs are flabby I eat very healthy, I'm so upset and I suffer with body dismorphia I just don't
think it works for everyone
