While every social media guidebook out there urges us to
think carefully before we post
anything (in fact, UAE telco du initiated a #PostWisely campaign just to promote this rationale), this particular mindset seems to have been overlooked by many
of my fellow users

off their mouths on such platforms, much like certain heads
of state.
Another way to do — to get out when there is that lull in the conversation, say, «Hey, I want to introduce you to someone, I
think you'll have lot in common» and then take that person over there but make sure the person that you are dumping that person

of that conversation because that would just be rude — if there was
anything there.

The things I find most appalling about religion reach a new zenith in Islam --(i) a dulling down
of individual
thought and a dogmatic requirement to conform to the views
of the masses; (ii) a stultifying ignorant education system in which
anything inconsistent with the Qur» an is not just discouraged, but censored; (iii) the subjugation
of women to the point
of educating them to be nothing but mindless f * king, breeding machines for their insecure husbands; (iv) a political class that feeds
off the religious - based ignorance it imposes on its populations; and (v) a general back - sliding against the rest
of the planet because heads are buried in Dark Ages mythology.
You defenders
of religion keep some interesting company: Osama Bin LLaden, Iraninan Mullahs, Saudi Wahabists (who will cut your head
off in public if you preach
anything but Islam), Joe Smith who preached that black people did not have souls (the church changed it mind after the civil rights act and are now bigotted against gay people), the Taliban, the pope and his child rapists, ignorant & stupid evangelicals who
think that revelations is a roadmap to the future.

Joining a club
of arsenal s stature has its ups and downs. There is a requirement
of how our players should perform when on the pitch. The following is a list
of players who were wrong to choose arsenal.Aaron ramsey - Even though he is the most favoured
of all players at the club now.I cant help but
think how it would have gone for Him if he decided to search for other greener pastures. He was a clear talented footballer during his time at cardiff but he hasnt been raised with the discipline at arsenal. You can always see ramseys all round strengths but sadly Its not helping him or the club with his foward moving pleasurr. He is so Over used and its sometimes difficult for him to get used to the rythm
of the game. With time you realise he gets low ib confidence and his engine gets wasted. He needed somebody who would have managed him properly and with care and that person is certainpy not wenger. You would have been better
off at Manu mate.Calum chambers - Came us a very talented player from southampton with raw talent. He was very good at first but wenger found a way to reduce his level
of confidence. His inexperience was left exposed and wenger did nt do
anything to resolve that problem and instead He looked for other talented players.Alex oxlade chamberlain - Another very talented player who needed only his skilled sharpened and his character modelled. That and he was ready to become a world beater. But wenger decided to let him run and run like a headless chicken causing him to be often injured and damaging his confidence.Who knows what would have happened to him gad he decided to look for more greener pasture. He is surely a much better player than this.Theo walcott - Another player who was tipped to have a very bright future. He had it in him.But all he needed was an appropriate manager who would nurture him with discipline and help him with his talent. But on Coming to arsenal he was given Much more responsiblities putting more weight on his shoulders on top
of that another player who was recklessly managed with his talent and never coming
off age because his character wasnt properly shaped.Mesut ozil - Al right i agree he perfoms well just recently. But imagine all the legendary players he was often compared to during his time at real madrid. On coming to arsenal he found no rotation often overused, suffered many injuries and his confidence dwindled. It is pretty clear arsene does not take any responsibility for players. And when at arsenal you have to be your own manager. You need not rely on your manager otherwise you might continue being the same player for the next many years. That is why each and every player are what they are because
of their own efforts and wenger had nothing to do with it.Van persie was the same player for over 7 years untill he himself decided to change.Wenger only organises and prepares tge team while the rest is in your court. It is not what so many people make it out to be.Thats why we need to pressure wenger more than our own players. They are their own self managers and wenger needs to take that responsibility
I
think it has reached a point where enough is enough.the only way to save our club is if all fans are singing one thing and are together.there is no way we will
anything while some guys sing only one arsene wenger and others wenger out.we need to open our eyes and sing one song altogether only then can we propel change that is essential for our beloved club.if we keep going on this road then some fans will cme and regret when our club is officially a mid table team by then it would hve been too late for change.i told guys and will keep saying which club in there right mind would sell a key player
of there squad with just days to go before window is shut.its clear we weren't intrested to invest into the market and yet again the club is showing us how ambitionless they are.sad but true our season has ended before it has even kicked
off!!.
The Villa fans who allowed the NUFC - hating media to
think for them to the most ludicrous extent — to the ridiculous levels
of bulcing eyed frothing at the mouth celebration
of a team that had no axe to grind with them (oh, but we do now) and little animosity with, have for the past 2 - 3 years tried to make excuses for their despicable behaviour on that day, trying to downplay it, and pass it
off as what it was
anything BUT.
What a terrifying vision
of the future
of football we've been served up this week.AC Milan, once the pride
of a powerful and thriving seria A now reduced to shadow boxing against a really not that great United. All because they deserted their natural (and rather beautiful) defensive style
of football to join the circus, brought in foreign players (especially brazilians) who
think jogging back to defend is beneath them and generally put two fingers up to Italy's historic football traditions.Much good as it done them, and what a boring game?I concede that a lot
of football fans nowadays do nt remember
anything before the cheque book league but even they must have been struck by the sheer mind numbing pointlessness
of it.Even the stewards were asleep by half time.As for the porto match well all that can be said is that they made the gooners look like an half decent well balanced football team, no mean achievement when you
think about it.At least we, ve had the pleasure
of listening to all those gooners and Mancs waffling on about how great they are which is always hilarious.Especially the stuff about Rooney, just wait till the World Cup when some Italian or South American defender takes him under his wing for half an hour and then see how great he is.If he can survive the WC without being sent
off it will be a miracle. All the recent hype has done him no favours at all.Not that the World Cup really inspires these days, its glory days are long over and it's become a competition decided by referees rather than great play.Bear that in mind if Roons has to take the walk
of shame, it's not his fault, someone told him he was a truly great player like Bobby Charlton or George Best. The problem is he looks like he believes them.

Regarding gastric emptying, I actually
think that I may have naturally - slow gastric emptying — which is made even slower by cinnamon, vinegar, and other things that are supposed to naturally moderate blood sugar spikes — and this makes the GERD / acid reflux that I have (due to a hiatal hernia which was due to an unavoidable accident) worse, because some meals that I am eating are staying in my stomach for so long that I will still burp up gas from them and get acidic splashes at the back
of my mouth from them 6 - 8 hours after I have stopped all eating for the day (whether I have stayed upright and awake all those hours or have gone to sleep after the first 3 hours
of not ingesting
anything — 3 hours is the minimum time I put between eating and lying down, to ward
off acid reflux when I'm sleeping).
