of the first I read about the
raw foods

think it's a great introduction to incorporating more
raw foods into your
diet.
We tried everything we could
think of to cure our ailments — countless visits to the doctor, switching to a
raw - foods vegan
diet, training only in the morning — but nothing worked.
And you'd
think they were right since dieting includes an enormous list
of things to do like counting daily calories, lowering carb intake, avoiding white wheat, reducing fat intake, drinking lemon juice in the morning, writing in a nutrition diary about everything you've eaten that day, eating more vegetables, drinking a lot
of water, slowly chewing your food, taking fat burner supplements, eating lots
of bacon if you're on a Keto
diet (come to
think of it, that's not that bad), trying all sorts
of natural weight - loss foods, sometimes even eating
raw foods and the list goes on and on.
As for Mercola and his marketing, I
think that if his clinical outcomes supported the idea that everyone should be on a
raw, vegan
diet, he would simply sell blenders, dehydrators, ceramic knives and advertise for CSA's and import the best
of the best superfoods like David Wolfe and others, and convince ranchers to raise livestock for the purpose
of selling high quality manure and ecofriendly - harvested seaweeds so we can all grow our own food in healthy soil.
If I got these amazing results,
think of what you can do in just 21 days eating a mostly
raw food, plant - based
diet.
I
think one
of the easiest way to «clean» up your
diet is to have at least one
raw vegetable dish per day, preferably more!
Also, these are the only things I can
think of that I changed in my
diet in the past week: — avoiding cow dairy (except butter); replaced with goat milk and goat cheese (not
raw)-- I bought glucose tablets to use for my low blood sugars (trying to get away from excess fructose), Dex 4 «Naturals» (no color added) Ingredients: Dextrose (D - glucose), cellulose, sterotex, citric acid, malic acid, natural orange flavor, ascorbid acid.

think I'll probably occasionally cook with coconut oil as I'm really good in this regard (I'm a vegan who eats a whole foods
diet rich in lots
of raw organic produce daily).

of thought out there that purports it to be the best way to stay lean, keep your energy levels high, maximize performance, etc..
When people hear about
raw foods, they usually
think that it's all to do with eating a few salad leaves with some sticks
of carrot and so is a dull and tasteless
diet.
Can't
think of a single person who would not benefit from incorporating more
raw, living foods into their
diet.
I
thought you'd enjoy the irony that one
of the most famous
raw food therapists has been recommending an essentially ketogenic
diet for years and there is not one juicing recipe in his
raw foods cookbook that is otherwise filled with great recipes.
I might add that many people are now feeding what is
thought of as a «species appropriate
diet», meaning
raw food.
Even though my
diet could use a reboot, the
thought of revisiting the strict plans
of years past —
raw vegan, ketogenic, even a god - awful stint with the Master Cleanse — just seemed too exhausting to even consider.
The point is that you should not be
thinking in terms
of a vegan
diet for gout, just make sure you consume a wide variety
of whole plants, preferable organic and
raw and you should be just fine.
Also, do you
think that, even w / 6 cans
of tuna / week (lunch), the potential harm
of mercury can be hindered if the
diet consists
of tons
of raw fruits and veggies, mainly greens?

of research and i
think I may have found an answer (i could be very wrong, but, id like to share it anyway) heres my brief flow chart type
of explanation: went from a high fat («anti-candida»
diet)
diet to a low fat
diet (HCLF «
raw till 4» but not strict) > restricted fats (under 5 % a day) > gallbladder isn't used enough > sluggish thick bile > then when i would eat fat it would explain why i felt like crap and would get skin breakouts, constipation or candida would come back > cut out even more fat («banana island»
diets for a few days, fat free etc) > over time my body stopped producing enough bile / stomach acid etc > due to sluggish bile therefore malabsorption
of fats > fatty liver starts....?
For example, I
think raw dairy can be part
of a healthy
diet, that fermentation is an essential part
of a dietary program, and that homemade bone stock is a great way to help maintain connective tissues integrity well into old age.
I
think smoothies can be a daily addition in your
diet if you don't like eating
raw fruits and vegetables, if you struggle to get your daily servings
of fruit and vegetables, or if you're just lazy and want something healthy, fast, and easy.
I find the
raw food
diet to be a wonderful therapy, and I
think that when properly done, it is a healthy
diet that works for a lot
of people.
i personally
think that the biggest mistake that I & EVERYONE made switching from a standard american / wester
diet to, organic plantbased high
raw whole foods is not doing a proper detox and especially a parasite cleanse before, because 98 %
of the population has parasites which suck most
of the nutrients from the food we are eating and they are also mostly the reason why people quit or have not the desired succes just by switching to this lifestyle.

of commercial pet food and puts him back on what is
thought to be a dog's original

I
think it is wonderful that you have switched at least one
of your dogs to a
raw diet, because, I agree with you, it is definitely better for them than dry kibble.

diets it is hard for me to understand why pet foods are knocked by some people who favor the
diets that were prevalent when dogs lived closer to ten or twelve years and a fourteen year - old cat was
thought to be ancient.
