We don't often
think of soup so much in Summer but this low - carb Cream of Coconut and Broccoli Soup is perfect.
I never
thought of soup being useful for budget reasons, but it's such a good idea to make soup from leftovers.
I also begin to
think of soup, perhaps a corn chowder with the last of the sweet corn, or a butternut squash soup from last year's squash — I still have a few in the garage.

thought it should be able to make a great batch

For the past year or so I have been playing around with nourishing

thought it was time to tackle the mother
of them all: Menudo.

think it's all

of white wines would pair lovely with it.

think you need to blend this

soup has either sherry or brandy in it.

soup weather seems to have come and gone here but this still looks delicious and I
think I might have to turn the AC on and enjoy this
soup like it is still cold out!
If you don't have 5 - spice available, I
think this cream
of celery root
soup would be just as delicious with the chili powder alone.

think, dang, it's too hot for this stuff... so this looks great!
(I've got ta add that I
think nuggets this small would be great floating in thicker
soups, in place
of croutons or oyster crackers... mental note.)
As a vegetarian living in Paris now for a good few years i
thought that i'd warn you that they're really big meat eaters over here and tend to hide meat in things that you kinda wouldn't expect which always annoys me, saying this there are some great finds to be had, one
of mine and my (French and meat eating) boyfriend's favs is Galerie 88 just behind to the Hotel de Ville - 88, quai de l'Hôtel de Ville, 75004 Paris, the gazpacho and split pea
soup (which i want so desperately to recreate but can't seem to...) are both musts, lovely bohemian style and simple great tasting food.
