Considering recent
events, along with all the problems Uber has faced
over the past few years, I can't help but
think back to the iconic «Netflix Culture» slide deck that was made public many years ago.
Think of your emotions as a film you're watching on Netflix: Just as you don't have control
over the characters or the plot in the film, you can't control the way you feel in reaction to an
