real estate investing, they
think of either buying properties to fix them up and resell them, or they
think of buying and
holding property to rent out as a landlord.
I
think their main concern is to
hold down price rises for
real estate and slow the stock market.

And I
think the best way to really explain the difference between the two is that when you are a landlord, you're a buy and
hold real estate investor.

Most people
think about investing in
real estate in their personal name or
holding it inside an investment company (such as an LLC).
