I make toffee every year so I'm familiar with this process, but just don't feel confident in this outcome as
caramel; I also
think it tastes more like evaporated milk than
caramel... I used
salted butter and even added a tad of
sea salt at the end to get a more
sea salt taste (which didn't come)... do you
think using 2 sticks of butter would work?

thinking of making a GFCF Caramellow candy and a

salt caramel, but that Cardamon version sounds insanely good so I may have to rethink my plan.

think creamy peanut butter and
sea salt caramel.
But as I've explained before, I also like balance and the occasional touch of decadence, and I
think some melted
sea salt caramel chips are perfect for these Apple Cinnamon Energy Balls.
I also baked it in my donut pan to create 6 large donuts — though I do
think the best application is as cupcakes — but don't my
Sea Salt Caramel Chocolate Donuts look fabulous!?
