The new recipes are absolutely incredible and I'm so happy with them — for the
sweet recipes
think creamy key lime pie, beetroot chocolate cake with coconut icing, dreamy smoothies, baked
apple and cinnamon porridge, berry scones with coconut cream, almond butter fudge and raw banana splits!
I
think coconut milk would probably work fine, but you might want to add little extra sweetener as I don't
think it would be as
sweet as
apple juice.
You could probably substitute a little
apple juice, but it might be too
sweet and I
think the alcohol helps to tenderize the meat.

The milk I used was a soya milk which had been naturally sweetened with a bit of
apple juice, so that may have added to the
sweet flavour, but you can sweeten it to your own preferences, but I really don't

thought it would be with 5 tablespoons of sugar and carmelized
apples and onions.

apples, winter squash and
sweet potatoes are already dancing around my mind — I'm not quite ready yet.
The
apple sweet potato hash is made with the Superfresh organic granny smith
apples (which I have to admit are much
sweeter than I'd remembered — I always
thought grannies were really tart / sour.)
I used leftover baked
sweet potato instead of the pumpkin, and mashed banana instead of
apple sauce, and guess what — it still turned out great Also forgot the cloves, I
think it would've been better with them though.
I also
thought I'd use carob to coat some of the balls which actually works really well with the flavours of the delicately
sweet carrot and
apple.
Now I
think this recipe will be my new
apple crisp (Dad is gone, as is Mom, and bro is married, so my
sweet sis - in - law can make this for him: — RRB --RRB-, seeing that I'm insulin resistant, and need to change up everything in my diet.

think that almond milk is milk, and that
apple juice is soda, because it's been programmed to create an immune response to
sweet drinks or creamy drinks and doesn't differentiate.
