I think using the soap nut liquid instead is preferable if you have hard water.

When I started reading your article, my first
thought was that you shouldn't be
using any kind of anti-bacterial hand
soap and you need to
use all natural laundry detergents.

use shaving
soap (bar)-- do you just

Everyone's hair is different, but if it helps, know that I've been
