Thinking to double the recipe for easy leftovers but concerned how the
spinach will be.
Apples can be a bit weird texture wise when smoothied so I
think I would leave those out and just blend the pear, avocado and
spinach with a little water in a blender, you may want to add some dates to sweeten it as it
will be quite savoury without the fresh juice.
I was just
thinking about trying to recreate my mom's
spinach soup that she makes at Christmas, but I
think I
'll just make this instead!
I like to top my carrot breakfast hash with a runny - yolk egg and
will sometimes even add in a heaping handful of a shredded leafy green (
think: kale, collards, chard,
spinach) for bonus nutrients.

If you give up some of your mushrooms for broccoli,
spinach, cauliflower, and carrots (
think crucifer and carotene - containing types) your detox mechanisms
will become more active, which should give you a better chance of getting any arsenic (along with over heavy metals) out of your body.
I do
think it is the greens (kale, collards,
spinach combo), but so far I have not been
willing to take them out of my smoothies since nice things have happened to my body since drinking them (nearly complete disappearance of 30 - year eczema on feet and sometimes hands).
