workplace as an

think they are creating a positive
environment, they frequently fail to deal effectively and efficiently with problem performers.
I'm truly honored to be a part of a company that feels like a family; a place where I refer to my peers as friends first, coworkers second; a place that I can wake up every morning and get excited about going to; a
workplace environment that empowers its occupants to produce their absolute best work; and a place that is full of so much love, care, dedication, and selflessness that the only appropriate word that I can
think of to describe it would have to be «magical».
When we get back, I want to talk a little bit about the modern
workplace and how we change it, because I
think there's a lot of discussion about how we create innovation, how we come up with innovation, and how we get to the new work
environment, which I
think everyone feels like there is one coming.

thought I'd offer some suggestions to the millions of us that find ourselves working in more formal

By learning in a number of
environments (online, in the
workplace, in the classroom) and through a number of methods (eLearning, workshops, written assignments), a learner gets to wear every hat while
thinking about the topic, giving them a much more rounded understanding of it.
I
think that in and of itself says a lot about the
environment and nature of the
workplace.
The question I'll consider in my next post is whether the tech
environment fostered by law schools today benefits or hinders students once they enter the
workplace, and whether law school administrators are even
thinking about this.
For example, some corporate
environments have that traditional male presence, but I do
think this is changing; the
workplace has come a long way in terms of equality, because certain issues and debates are in the media all the time.
