think they can easily be made without — 30 ml contains
about 15g of sugar which is equal to
about 1.3 g of sugar per muffin, the dates contribute 7g of sugar, the bananas provide just under 1.8 g sugar per muffin, the
coconut milk provides less than a gram.
Quick question; I see your comment
about recommended substitutions will be in the notes but I have to ask... Do you
think almond
milk could work instead of
coconut milk?
Also, going through that much
coconut milk, if you're not buying it by the case you should be
thinking about it.
Any
thoughts about how to transform this marvel into a «creamy - ish» version... sans
coconut milk or nut butters?
