think adding extra
nut butter and cacao would take away any left over

All I must say is that without any
nuts or chocolate, I didn't
think a
banana bread could be so satisfying!
I never
think to bake with them, but I have a freezer FULL that we regularly add to smoothies or turn into «
banana split» (frozen
banana blended with almond milk) that we top with chocolate &
nuts — yum!
You can keep it plain and simple with a dash of maple syrup of you can go
nuts by adding,
nuts (oh yes I did), seeds, fruit,
think of
bananas and strawberries, jelly, peanut butter or maybe a nice drizzle of chocolate sauce.
Ok, of course there is a catch... actually I
think we need to add that this is the best
banana nut bread, whether you're grain (or gluten) intolerant or not!
Hahaaa... I agree as I had to cook my still VERY moist
banana nut loaf for over 1.5 hrs when the original recipe called for your typical 1 hr... The darn thing just didn't want to dry up... But I ended up removing it from the cooling oven after I came back from running errands and even though still «wet», it tasted awesome... I was looking for a recipe that called for coconut flour as I
thought that might improve on the absorption capability and came across your recipe... sounds perfect!
My
thoughts are that diet is the underlying cause of acne and coconut oil could help they symptoms... but to cure or avoid acne you must identify the food triggers such as
nuts, seeds, high sugar fruits like
bananas, fried foods, caffine, etc....
He LOVES
nuts and
bananas so I
thought it'd be fun to make something like this for him.
Its good with pumpkin,
banana, ginger, cinnamon, all
nut butters, but have never
thought of chai tea.

I
think about going to try these either with the
nut base and
banana cream OR with the oat base and cashew cream to make them a bit lower in fat, not that I was too concerned about it but just to not to overdo the fat.
