think that if you follow the paleo guidelines of eating only wild, natural, grass / vegetarian fed meats and high quality whole
foods (organic vegetables, and fruits, nuts) and making the most
nutrient dense choice on
foods (i.e. limited processed
foods including processed gmo - grains) you would see changes both physically and internally.
I would recommend a few quick things such as: — no further use of chemical products such as shampoos or conditioners (use acv only)-- scalp massages everyday — diet optimised for hair growth (lots of collagen, alkalising
foods,
nutrient dense foods, avoid gluten)-- silk pillow — homemade hair masks I
think that will help.
This book is chock full of natural remedies for common childhood ailments (
think colic, fevers, colds, etc.) and
nutrient -
dense recipes designed for baby's development that aren't necessarily mainstream (
think bone broth, grated liver and egg yolks as baby's first
foods).
I particularly like your
thoughts on eating
nutrient dense foods to limit overall calories eaten.
I
think that balance is the key to success along with eating a diet that is made up of
nutrient dense foods in their natural state (as unprocessed as possible).
However, these

foods are easier to painlessly add to your diet than you might
think.
This can mean that the calorific requirement may be more than anticipated, so
think twice before cutting back — just make sure that all your calories come from
