And once again it took
a thorough judicial inquiry, this time presided by former Supreme Court of Canada Justice Frank Iacobucci, to get to the bottom of the cases and catalogue the long list of deficient Canadian action and inaction that made it all possible.
(Note, the most
thorough inquiry, and one that will have to withstand
judicial review, is the one by EPA which, strangely enough, has barely been discussed in the blogosphere).
