I chose the classic
white subway tiles, even
though I was also really tempted by their Hexagon tiles, but I felt like
subway tiles were something I would love for years.
The initial ideas
though of a ceiling with a 1 × 8 v - groove pine with fresh trim were painted in Benjamin Moore
White Dove, the standard (3 × 6)
subway tile on the walls, additional lighting was added, and the standard hex tile with a gray grout all ended up being implemented in our space.
With the Carrara - ish countertop,
though, that wouldn't work, so solid
white subway tile it is!
