thoughts about this because I have suffered for 28 years with numerous infections in my arm as well as wearing the compression sleeve and trying not to get the arm in a binding state.

think he knows
about the anti-inflammatory power of a

I have osteopenia and want more than anything to stay away from acidic foods, like Kombucha, and I
think now I understand that all I need to do is continue a
plant based diet, and get away from all the «theories» and hype

While a
plant based diet approach is certainly healthy, a couple of
thoughts came to mind that you might want to check in with her
about.
The info on the AAE website is consistent with what all dentists
think about root canals - that they are safe but after adopting a
plant based diet the only doctors I trust are the ones that advocate a
plant based diet.

Deb, I'm glad you are reading this site and since you've indicated you're confused let me encourage you to learn more
about the health benefits of a whole food
plant -
based diet by watching some introductory videos which I
think will answer your questions.
But come to
think about it all my patients that are on a
plant based diet don't have IDA.
