I thought avocado oil has about the highest smoke point of any cooking oil but you are listing it with olive oil and such.
You may incorporate your healthy fat in part of your dressing (
think avocado oil, walnut oil, olive oil) or as a delicious creamy garnish like fresh avocado.

Although a ketogenic lifestyle is typically higher in dietary fat than most «diets», I can personally
think of SO many other ways to incorporate other fats into my day (coconut butter,
avocado, olive
oil, coconut butter,
avocado oil, fattier cuts of meat, pumpkin seeds, coconut butter, beef tallow, and did I mention coconut butter already?).

I started eating coconut
oil (sparingly, I use it to make refried beans and to roast the veggies I put in my soups) along with more
avocado recently as, after 9 years of being vegan, I was feeling rather low - energy and moody and
thought it might be due to low levels of cholesterol inhibiting some hormone production.
I rarely cook with oils but I do on occasion... the thing that bothers me about
avocado oil is the high levels of omega - 6... so if anyone knows a lot about omega - 3 to omega - 6 ratios and cooking oils wants to weigh in on what they
