If you have no tree nut
allergies, then I
think almond milk is a great substitute for regular
dairy.
Thanks for all your wonderful recipes, I have a
dairy allergy and get frustrated when I
think I am doing well and then have problems and can't figure out what I have eaten that was supposed to be ok but obviously wasn't.
Just
thought I'd check in and let you know about modifications I had to make to the recipe now that a new almond
allergy has shown up in addition to the cane sugar and
dairy intolerances.
I've had a lifelong
