I felt the same in the beginning and was shocked at how little I knew about hormones and my cycle in general, or that I should even be paying attention to PMS symptoms in the first place?!! It makes sense that cramps, bloating and
hormonal acne are cry - out signs from our bodies, but we are so conditioned to
think these symptoms are normal and to be expected, which is far from the truth... and that's exactly why we're here.
When I stopped eating meat and dairy, my
hormonal acne disappeared, and I always
thought it was mainly due to the hormones in those products (even though I ate a lot of organic and hormone - free dairy).
I have

think there is a limit to what any topical treatment can do.
I will say that I
thought I had
hormonal acne issues, but since going primal in my eating for the most part just under two months ago, my skin health has improved greatly and currently I'm at a place in my cycle that I should be terribly broken out... and there isn't a problem spot to be found.
We
think this may be a good product for some, but it would not be our first choice for
hormonal acne treatment.
I didn't
think it was possible to find a moisturizing product that could actually get rid of years of hyper pigmentation,
acne scars, and prevent my occasional
hormonal cystic breakouts, but it is!!
