think that the reason it was maroon is that you used
mixed berries, the red of strawberries / raspberries always turns my
green smoothies brown, also did you double the amount of spinach to make up for the lack of kale?
thinking I may add some fresh spinach or kale near the end to add some
greens to the
mix!

I
think most anyone with a true interest in pursuing a natural,
green lifestyle has learned about and sampled matcha, either as a hot, freshly whisked beverage or as a major ingredient

mix of colorful chopped raw veggies (
think, snap peas, radishes, carrots, cabbage, peppers, etc.), roasted veggies (

But legumes are also a good source of other compounds and nutrients
thought to have anti-cancer effects, like isoflavones, lignans, and vitamin B. I love lentils cooked in bone broth and
mixed with
greens, curry powder, and chicken sausage (or just the
greens if you want a meatless meal).

I like militar - khaki
green, and I
think it works nicely as a Fall color and it's so versatile and easy to
mix and match.
The lime
