mmmm... i was JUST thinking spring rolls (or the unfried summer roll) not two minutes ago,

think you have accidentally written «

of «asparagus» in the line «Remove the woody bits from the end

I've been
thinking about replacing the
avocados and my best recommendation would be to add 1 cup
of soft boiled peas and 1/3 a cup
of soaked cashews into the sauce instead.
In answer to your questions I don't believe in counting calories, as I explain in the food philosophy section as all these foods are so good for you and so easily digestible that you don't really need to
think about calories if you always eat this way — you can't for example equate the calories
of an
avocado and a chocolate bar!
In the grocery line I had kale, pears,
avocado, broccoli, lemons, limes, spinach, brown rice flour, maple syrup, to name a few items, and
thought of it as the Deliciously Ella way!
I'm a vegetarian and I try to eat vegan most
of the time — I hadn't
thought about putting
avocados in my sauce.
If you ignore the slightly green hue they leave (which I
think is kind
of fun...), you would never know that these delicious and moist muffins actually get their flavor and texture from

I had some
avocado in my salad last night and I
think I'll use up the rest
of it by toasting old pita breads with olive oil and salt, into crispy - type chips.
Think about sinking our teeth into a block
of butter vs and egg or an
avocado.
I
thought it wouldn't hurt to try so I started adding a tablespoon
of coconut butter to my smoothies (which is amazing) and eating more flax,
avocado, nut butter and tahini, and the different nuts / seeds for each cycle phase.
I was
thinking about how often I eat eggs and what a great source
of protein they are and how much I love

PS Suggestion: Next time, do a tutorial on how to pick the best
avocados and put every sexual innuendo in it that you can

of my favourite party dips is an egg and
