When I think of summer
I think of barbecues, pool parties and potlucks!
Rather than wallowing along the long road to the empty nest syndrome that seems to be lingering ever closer (okay, we still have a few years to go), I thought it best to drown myself in
thoughts of barbecue - friendly foods — pasta salads, massive green salads, cocktails, grilled sides and grilled corn on the cob.
When people
think of barbecue, they most often associate it with bourbon or beer, but they might be overlooking a major option.
While most of
us think of barbecuing a nice steak or grilling burgers or dogs to perfection, we also enjoy grilling other foods, especially vegetables, marinated chicken, and even pizza.
When you think of food in Memphis,
you think of barbecue.
