Theologies of play and of the body could be understood as the church's teaching

in fact they tend to call for some shift

thinking as a whole based
on attention to what can be learned as one takes play or the body seriously.
There is so much
thinking and research that needs to be done
on this
topic, and I am
in no way doing the issue any justice through such quickly - written blog posts.
They want the reader to
think through the traditional views
on these
topics in a new light, so that we hold our views more lightly, with humility and grace.
