readers wanted to hear your
thoughts on being a
woman in Silicon Valley right now.
the New York newspaper asked, offering plenty of photos to help
readers make up their own minds about the story of a
woman fired from her job at Citibank because, she claimed, her managers and co-workers
thought she was too attractive.
She answers
reader - submitted running questions (for example: «How to Bounce Back from a Bad Race like a Badass»), shares her
thoughts via journal entries and poems, and is a vocal advocate for clean competition, supporting
women in sport, and maternal health around the world.
Many
readers will
think of additional people who should be on this list, or question why particular
women made the cut.
Before dismissing the above fantasy too quickly, let the
reader think about why it is that our society seems so little concerned over female homosexuality, has regarded it so lightly, and has no idea of the amount of female sexual activity engaged in by
women who are not admitted homosexuals.
Certainly none of his
readers will have trouble differentiating the Good Guys from the Bad guys: the Forces of Evil almost always wear Roman collars or their equivalent (or take orders from those who do), and appear to stay awake nights
thinking up new and devilish ways to make life harsh for
women.
There are many chefs deserving of profiles on bonappetit.com, and we have chosen to feature primarily
women, many of them people of color, first and foremost because they're extremely talented people we
think our
readers need to know about.
But I
thought that some of the
readers of this blog might interact with those
women, professionally or through volunteer work.
It is unfortunate that the reaction to a
woman conducting these studies would not hold such merit as
readers might just
think it is filled with female emotion and gender biases with not enough logic.
Most ConservativeHome
readers probably don't agree with the decision of the Church of England not to allow
women bishops, but will will
think the Church has the right to organise and make decisions about its own affairs without interference from politicians.

Most of my
readers are
women between the ages of 30 - 50, so most of us aren't really
thinking about our 80's onward... But it's reality, and we HAVE TO
think about it NOW if we want to safeguard against a future of dependence and restriction.
There are so many times when I'm in a dressing room and I try on an item that would look so good on an apple - shaped

reader question brings up an interesting question, we
think: What should the «casual but professional» uniform be for

Reader E already has one, but I will note that I
think every
woman should have a lightweight trench in her closet — it's a classic piece, and many of the styles are sold with removable liners and hoods so you can adjust them as needed for the weather — and when we've talked in the past about what jackets to wear with skirts and dresses, a longer trench is usually what's in my mind.
Another Great Way of Looking at It My previous article aside, I
think this
reader has a very good point I'd not previously considered:
women are often contacted by many men.
However, recently I had a
reader ask me a question regarding
women making the first move with sites like eHarmony and I wanted to discuss my
thoughts I shared with her.
So while it sounds like a good idea that a man would pursue a
woman beyond one email, I'm looking to get some
reader feedback from
women on what they
think of this approach.
