I myself bought my iPad almost solely for the purpose of spiritual
blogging on the bus (which I am doing right now), and it has given me more time to
think about these matters and to read a much larger diversity of views than I would otherwise.
About midway through last year, it suddenly dawned
on me that it's not my job to generated seven days of content for readers all
on my own, but that, in addition to posting my own
thoughts, I can use my
blogging platform to feature news stories, links, interviews, discussions, guest posts, and videos that would be of interest to you!
I know this post doesn't relate to healthy living or healthy eating but it's something that lots of you keep asking me about so I
thought I should share my tips
on blogging with you all.
I am glad that it turned out well and honestly, I wasn't
thinking of
blogging about the recipe until I was asked to
on Instagram.
I promise I will try to be better — both with staying
on top of
blogging and writing things down — but I
think the recipe below is at least 90 % accurate.
I
think that after I finish this month's alphabetical
blogging challenge and my next Daring Bakers» recipe, I may back off
on the baking for a little while... I may even do the Clean Program for a few weeks... we'll see.
I was
thinking of you and your recent comment,
on your blog, that you were unhappy with the amount of peanut butter treats I
blogged in 2013.
Blogging along with this year's Vegan MoFo challenge really got me
thinking about what foods I like that are both vegan and gluten - free... and I got sad when cheese wasn't
on that list.
I
think it's natural to feel a bit pressured when it comes to
blogging - I try to focus
on the big picture but when you're
on social media so much it's hard not to compare yourself to other people.
Not that I'm the vegan cheese queen or anything, but after 5 years of
blogging vegan recipes, many of them cheesy, I
thought I had a pretty good handle
on the concept.
I
think the daily
blogging has helped keep me
on track, really — I'm a little worried about maintaining it at the end of the semester as things get nuts, but I am sure going to try.
I
think blogging has me a little hung up
on turning everything into a meal.
I
think at the end of the day however, I am not going to look back
on my life wishing I spent more time
blogging — it will be time with my boy that will hold the most value.
But when I was
thinking and reflecting
on the course of Jamie's and my friendship, which has turned into one that I truly cherish, it gets me
thinking how amazing this whole
blogging community is.
Who would have
thought it
on AA, Anger, Extreme language directed at other
blogging mates, conspiracy theories, prophecies of doom and a general air of depression and disillusionment because our club is supposedly in crisis?
But I am back, and I
thought a good way to start off would be a recap of stuff that I would have
blogged on in the last few weeks...

on whatever aspect of
blogging you like — even ones you
think are stupid, everyone has to start somewhere and there are bound to be other crafters
thinking the exact same thing.
I first started
blogging about three months in to my maternity leave with my eldest, and my blog What Mummy
Thinks gave me something else to focus
on other than dirty nappies.
Do you
think blogging can have a positive effect
on your shop or sales?
She started
blogging in 2009 as a way to keep track of her
thoughts on being a first time mom, especially her struggle with postpartum depression, and as a way of reaching out to other moms who are struggling with the same things.
I
think despite the negative depiction of women
blogging about parenting, the gift of Jennifer's article and the aftermath of discussion and criticism is a beacon of light now shining
on this fact.

There is often excellent
blogging in more specialist spaces - academic, scientific, liberties / legal, environmental - which sometimes the political blogs pick up
on, but there isn't that much linkage, and there might sometimes be some value in
thinking specifically about the linking spaces.
Andrew Sullivan was one of the pioneers of
blogging and wrote an essay
on «Why I Blog» which I
think is still the best thing
on the subject.
I
thought about
blogging on it, but couldn't once I was already writing about Platini and finance in European football!
I
blogged earlier this week
on why I don't
think the Government will introduce regional pay bargaining - and the Commons debate last night certainly didn't dispel my theory.
