It's a shame that only two - thousand or so Realtors across Canada will benefit from your expertise and wisdom as regularly shared by you herein due to the fact that the rest of the mostly - lazy bunch of non-professional licensed commission - chasers are blissfully unaware of this free education vehicle, because... they don't effing read REM and its commenters, or any other educational material for that matter... unless specifically directed to do so or are otherwise prompted to do so.
Talk with any REALTOR and they will claim to provide the highest level of service possible, are expert negotiators and if sellers don't use them they will fail and lose thousands... even if that agent was just licensed yesterday.
If the same conditions of employment existed for government employees as they do for licensed Realtors, there would be multiple billions of dollars in savings realized and each and every year tens of thousands of dollars each of us pays in taxes would remain in the pockets of the earner.
